The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on a Sr. Analyst, IT Infrastructure. In this role, you will function as a Federated Architect, providing technical leadership, subject matter expertise, and direction on complex projects/initiatives to manage the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure within the organization.

What you'll be doing
  1. Function as a Federated Architect with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practice on multiple Integration Platforms, focusing on Managed File Transfers (IBM Sterling File Gateway; Connect Direct) and having experience with API Management (IBM CP4I/MuleSoft) is a plus.
  2. Stay informed on current and emerging developments/trends, assess their impact, and collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Security, and Senior Management to incorporate these trends into current and future solutions.
  3. Lead and support organizational initiatives, positively influencing change management and departmental/enterprise initiatives.
  4. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality across the team, department, or business unit.
  5. Provide subject matter expertise to team members and stakeholders on complex assignments/projects within your responsibility area.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and management.
  7. Guide the design, architecture, implementation, and security of critical infrastructure platforms hosting LFG applications.
  8. Research, design, and implement enterprise cloud services supporting IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS platforms.
  9. Develop and implement complex DevOps methodologies supporting infrastructure and development teams.
  10. Manage Platform Lifecycle activities: design, deployment, upgrade, patching, configuration, security, audit, administration, maintenance, monitoring, backup, recovery, and governance.
  11. Serve as a lead technical resource to ensure infrastructure development tasks are completed.
  12. Act as a technical expert, providing complex guidance to junior team members.
  13. Administer and support applications to ensure system integrity and security.
  14. Apply advanced knowledge to manage work intake and email capacity effectively.
What we’re looking for

Must have experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in system design/architecture aligned with the responsibilities of this position.

Nice to have experience

  • SRE foundations (preferred)
  • AWS Solutions Architect (preferred)
  • Managed File Transfer Platforms (preferred)

The pay range is $93,300 - $169,700, with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint, potentially varying above or below based on experience, education, location, and qualifications. Compensation includes base pay, potential bonuses, long-term incentives, and standard benefits.
