Position Summary

The responsibilities are well-rounded and specifically designed to build marketing & innovation fundamentals including analytical, strategic, consumer insights, team leadership and interpersonal skills as well as commercialization and overall business acumen.

Key Components of the Role

· Collaborate closely with the Snacking Innovation team and cross functionals (R&D, consumer insights, quality, legal, operations, sales, and finance) to commercialize the innovation pipeline for key brands like Lunchables, P3 & Claussen

· Set the vision of the pickles innovation strategy and fill the pipeline with ideas to execute against.

· Leverage syndicated data sources to understand own and competitor innovation performance and trends, bringing forth insights and recommendations that drive business impact.

· Develop revenue & profit forecasts for new innovations and renovations, working closely with finance, sales, R&D and operations.

· Support development of go to market plans including customer sell stories.

· Be a strong contributor to the innovation culture across the Snacking team, bringing outside in, challenging the status quo, and driving continuous improvement in how we innovate.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree required (Marketing emphasis preferred)

· Enthusiasm for innovation and demonstrated innovative mindset

· Excellent organizational and execution skills- propensity to move with speed/agility, fueled by an ownership mindset and strong time management skills.

· Ability to be highly collaborative.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data or trends to form strong conclusions.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$88,000.00 - $110,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
