Responsibilities

1. Responsible for BD’s infrastructure project shaping, estimation and delivery activities for the small and medium sized project in our portfolio, specifically focused on Cloud, Security and Operational Technology (OT) work.
2. Provide subject matter expertise for project shaping and delivery processes and activities.
3. Lead project shaping and estimation sessions with business partners, delivery teams and strategic partners.
4. Manage internal resource chargeback projections and actuals for product model cloud engineering delivery.
5. Effectively oversee and govern the strategic supplier infra build and test activities for successful delivery of BD projects.
6. Ensure appropriate hand-off of solutions and delivery to the IT operations and IT Cloud Engineering teams at the appropriate milestone of each project.
7. Apply technology platform standards and architecture to develop high level solution design and effort estimates for business projects.
8. Responsible for establishing infrastructure and system project landscape requirements to meet SDLC and validation standards.
9. Ensure adherence to BD’s Operating System and process standards for project intake, shaping and execution.
10. Assist TGS Business Partners to integrate technology strategy with business project portfolios during initial project shaping and estimation.
11. Assist infrastructure engineering and architecture teams with maintaining and socializing technology roadmaps and standards.
12. Develop and improve processes, tools and mechanisms for effectively managing project shaping and delivery activities.
13. Foster collaborative working relationships with members of BD’s TGS Business Partner, Platform Solution & Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering Operations and Services, and Digital Transformation organizations.

Ideal Candidate will possess:

1. Bachelor’s in Information Technology or Computer Science.
2. Will consider in lieu of education - 5-7 yrs experience in IT, Cloud, Security, Operational Technology, Digital Transformation, and/or Infrastructure Operations.
