This position is for a Senior Industrial Engineer at our Manchester, Iowa manufacturing location. The role plans, designs, and executes activities related to the physical creation of RTX products and the functional operation of RTX facilities. You will evaluate and solve everyday manufacturing problems related to design, manufacturing processes, and supplier issues. The site is heavily involved in the manufacture of electronic assemblies.
Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field. Experience may be obtained through job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.
Eligible for relocation. This is a U.S.-based role. The salary range for this role is $68,900–$131,100. Benefits eligibility and details are dependent upon the specific business unit and collective bargaining agreement.
