What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct research, analysis, and modeling of complex healthcare data to evaluate program performance
- Develop and present reports on Risk Adjustment intervention ROI and program performance metrics
- Perform strategic analysis and coordinate across business units for Risk Adjustment Program Valuation
- Create databases and reporting dashboards for monitoring and tracking healthcare data
- Manage multiple projects and deliver results on time while maintaining high data integrity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science
- 5-7 years of increasingly complex database and data management experience
- 5-7 years of experience in quantifying and analyzing financial/performance management metrics
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of data storage and sharing best practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Medical Economics and a strong knowledge of Performance Indicators
- Ability to identify and investigate complex areas related to risk adjustment initiatives
- Experience in analyzing program value and underlying population trends in risk adjustment
- Familiarity with multiple data systems and models, including data modeling and BI tools
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Analyst or Financial/Accounting Analyst
