What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare global clinical site study budgets to support efficient and compliant budget negotiations
- Develop, maintain, and train stakeholders on global budget development documents and processes
- Lead internal Budget Strategy and Review Meetings with various stakeholders to ensure budget accuracy
- Communicate budget status and mitigate issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze complex protocol amendments to determine their budget impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS required; science degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of related job experience with at least 2 years in clinical budget experience
- Expertise with clinical cost benchmarking tools and proficiency in Excel required
- Strong negotiation, project management, and relationship management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a solid understanding of quality/compliance environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical research experience, particularly in a scientific and financial setting
- Experience with ICD-9/10 and CPT codes highly preferred
- Outside United States experience in clinical budget development is desirable
- Customer support focused expertise is highly desirable
