What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning models
- Analyze monthly results against forecast and budget, providing insightful commentary on variances and trends
- Act as a finance business partner to operational teams, translating business needs into financial outcomes
- Design, develop, and maintain complex financial models to support planning and forecasting
- Support board-level and investor reporting as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting
- Strong track record of performance in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are required
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA or MBA is a strong plus
- Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, NetSuite) preferred
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a bias for action
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic business setting
