  • Translate complex data into compelling dashboards and reports for executive leadership, the board, and investors.
  • Monitor and analyze financial KPIs specific to fintech (e.g., net interest margin, payment processing costs, loan loss provisions).
  • Support investor relations and fundraising activities with data-driven storytelling and analysis.
  • Drive financial systems improvements to scale reporting and automation as the company grows.
  • Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment between actuals and forecasts.

  • Strong financial modeling skills with demonstrated experience analyzing fintech metrics such as transaction-based revenue, lending models, or embedded finance.
  • Expertise in Excel and financial planning tools; familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex datasets and deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with shifting priorities.
  • Understanding of fixed income instruments a plus
  • Understanding of payments/banking a plus

Salary
