Job summary

Cardinal Health in Dublin, OH, is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to ensure monthly results are complete and accurate in the Pharma Profitability tool (PaPM). You will support other finance teams with root-cause analysis and develop reporting to improve profitability visibility across the pharmaceutical segment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales and revenue management, delivering ad hoc insights that influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in Tableau/Alteryx is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly results in Pharma Profitability tool (PaPM).
• Assist other finance teams in investigating results and root cause analysis surrounding inconsistencies.
• Develop and maintain reporting and metrics to improve visibility of profitability across the pharmaceutical segment.
• Provide ad hoc support for requests from business partners across sales, revenue management and other finance teams.
• Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.
