Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to support monthly closings, profitability analytics, and strategic partnerships across business units.

The role focuses on enabling forward-looking insights that influence key pharmaceutical decisions and cross-functional initiatives. The position involves maintaining PaPM-based results, collaborating with sales and revenue management teams, and driving process improvements for greater accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Experience in Tableau/Alteryx is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly results in Pharma Profitability tool (PaPM).
• Assist other finance teams in investigating results and root cause analysis surrounding inconsistencies.
• Develop and maintain reporting and metrics to improve visibility of profitability across the pharmaceutical segment.
• Provide ad hoc support for requests from business partners across sales, revenue management and other finance teams.
• Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

What Financial Planning & Analysis contributes to Cardinal Health

Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.

• Experience in Tableau/Alteryx is a plus
