Job Description
This position will be responsible for using both quantitative and qualitative analysis of all operational aspects of the business to evaluate the company’s progress toward achieving its goals and to map out future goals and plans. The role will include financial planning, analysis, projections, modeling and making recommendations to senior leadership. Position will also play an active role in the monthly reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, forecasting and projections.
This is a remote position.
Major responsibilities
- Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of the business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Evaluate new projects and investment opportunities.
- Assist in preparation, review, and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and outside 3rd-parties.
- Assist in the budget and forecast process; “Own” and enhance the Workday Adaptive Planning Model.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models used to support business development analysis, industry benchmarking and analysis, cost containment recommendations, revenue trending and analysis, etc.
- Work closely with Accounting, Business Intelligence and Data Science departments to ensure goal alignment and achievement of most efficient processes.

- Strong proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
- Strong time management, project management, task prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to interact with others in all departments and levels of the organization in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics
- MBA or Masters Degree a plus
- 3-4+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
- Position is Exempt, with Paid Holidays and Vacation Time-off
