About the RoleAs part of Gap Inc.’s digital and process transformation in Finance, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to support our financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for a large, multi-brand retail organization.What You'll Do

• Design and maintain reports using Oracle EPM tools (Narrative Reporting, FCCS, Freeform, Smart View).

• Prepare monthly financial and performance reports for leadership teams.

• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

• Build and optimize dashboards, calculations, hierarchies, and reports in the Oracle EPM Cloud environment.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and close processes with accurate reporting and analysis.

• Collaborate with finance, data, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and data security practices.

• Train and support finance users on Oracle EPM and reporting tools.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Reporting or Essbase.

• Strong background with Oracle EPM Cloud tools (especially Narrative Reporting , Freeform, FCCS, Smart View).

• Advanced experience with Oracle Hyperion/Essbase and financial reporting

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial planning cycles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data governance, metadata management, and security in Oracle EPM.

• Familiarity with other business intelligence tools.

• Experience working in large, complex organizations with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to think strategically and drive improvements through automation.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
