JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for administrating the end-to-end process of reviewing and creating customer, supplier or other related legal agreements for the Medical and Dental division. This position is also responsible for the ongoing administration of the agreements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare, draft, and/or review complex customer and group purchasing organization or other related legal agreements for the Medical and Dental division. This responsibility includes gaining an understanding of the purpose of the agreement, reviewing the terms and conditions, and working with the requestor of the agreement to ensure all open items and issues are resolved before signature.
Works with our Sales and Sales Operations Teams on RFP, RFI and bid responses to ensure accuracy and compliance with our company policy.
Ensure proper records, documentation, and correspondence is maintained related to all agreements executed, including communicating key status updates to agreements in progress. This responsibility includes saving all customer-related documents (agreements, amendments, NDAs, MSAs, etc.) to a shared drive with meticulous attention to detail and an affection for the folder-in-a-folder organization style.
Act as a liaison between the Medical and Dental division and our Corporate Legal Department as needed for any legal agreements.
Assist with tracking and maintaining an accurate depository of our existing customer agreements as well as reporting key information to stakeholders related to any updates, renewals, and expirations, which may be pursuant to an amendment or otherwise.
Assists with resolving and interpreting any agreement-related inquiries that may arise with various teams across our company, to include but not limited to, corporate legal team, sales team, risk management, financial operations teams, and others. This responsibility also includes maintaining a keen understanding of agreement terms and how they correlate with our industry (GPOs, healthcare compliance requirements, and more).
Participates in special projects, including working as part of a cross-functional team and performs other duties as required.
Expected to independently manage and prioritize workload.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $73,432 to $114,737 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
