Primary Responsibilities
- Report to Sr Mgr. Process and WMS Governance. Deliver system solutions impacting SAP, JDE, and Manhattan WMS; synchronize inventory movements and adjustments across systems and maintain data integrity throughout business processes.
- Address stakeholders’ requirements and manage multi‑functional continuous improvement (CI) projects.
- Integrate business process requirements into NASC Distribution Operations as part of North American Supply Chain Business Process Optimization (BPO) Center of Excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of ERP solutions to address changing business requirements and gaps in current processes while mitigating risks.
- Serve as Process Owner & Super User for CTC-Deliver, leading ERP system validation activities.
- Act as an integrator between host process organization and Warehouse Operations team.
- Collaborate with outside teams to modify or implement new business processes, support system maintenance, and govern data quality rules to prevent poor quality data from entering the WMS.
- Lead and drive initiatives to improve warehouse operations through integration of business and operational requirements and business systems.
- Partner with cross‑functional process owners to ensure BD’s business requirements are communicated and correctly executed by the Warehouse Operations team through each site’s WMS.
- Coordinate with DC Operations, LSS Teams and external application vendors on requirement changes: communicate requirement changes, collaborate on mapping and re‑design of system changes, test implementation, and ensure successful execution.
- Foster process, data and configuration synchronicity/uniformity across distribution centers.
- Monitor reporting to ensure inbound currency, inventory accuracy and master data completeness and accuracy.
- Provide oversight to inventory movement management.
- Serve as the business integration POC for product data, inbound receipts, inventory transactions and order fulfillment.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, Distribution/Transportation Operations (industry‑specific preferred).
- Minimum 5 years in SAP and/or JDE business process, specifically in Deliver space.
- Minimum 3 years experience as an integral member of a project team applying project management standard processes.
- Experience with Manhattan WMOS preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related technical field; or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
Competencies
- Deep end‑to‑end understanding of business processes within both host ERP and WMS.
- Direct knowledge of distribution center operations, including order fulfillment, inventory control, shipping and receiving.
- Ability to influence associates to govern and maintain process control.
- Detail oriented with skill to map cross‑functional processes.
- Collaborative approach to issue resolution and opportunity identification.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills; excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Highly self‑motivated, capable of working independently on multiple projects, and completing tasks to accomplish goals.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate ideas in technical and user‑friendly language.
Certifications / Training
- Certified Supply Chain Professional preferred.
Other Requirements
- Travel to BD warehouses required.
- Estimated travel of 3 to 6 trips per quarter to various domestic locations.

Salary Range: $120,300.00 – $192,400.00 USD per year.
