Building on deep functional and technical expertise—particularly in SAP and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and commodity systems—this role leads the analysis, design, and implementation of process improvements and system enhancements across key business domains. The Sr. Analyst Analyst serves as a strategic thought partner to the business and a liaison to technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into scalable, value-adding solutions. In addition to hands-on delivery work, this role provides mentorship to analysts, supports cross-functional initiatives, and contributes to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices within ISIT.****Key responsibilities:***** **Lead End-to-End Solution Design:** Guide the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP, commodities and procurement-related solutions that align with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.* **Translate Business Needs into Scalable Solutions:** Partner with functional leaders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions, ensuring alignment across IT and business domains.* **Drive Integration Across Business Functions:** Ensure seamless integration between SAP P2P processes and adjacent functional areas such as Finance, Order-to-Cash, Quality Management, and Supply Chain.* **Oversee Requirements Management and Documentation:** Lead the creation of detailed functional specifications, configuration documentation, testing protocols, and end-user training materials to ensure quality, consistency, and traceability.* **Own Solution Configuration Strategy:** Direct and oversee system configuration, ensuring compliance, scalability, and performance.* **Lead and Mentor Analyst Teams:** Provide direction, coaching, and subject matter expertise to Business Analysts and cross-functional teams to elevate analysis standards and execution quality.* **Resolve Complex Issues and Drive Continuous Improvement:** Serve as the escalation point for technical or functional issues;
