World Wide Technology, Inc. currently has an opportunity available for an Analyst on the Deal Configuration team located at our headquarters in St. Louis, MO. The team supports three distinct applications: The Deal, Solutions, and Service Quoting. These applications are the tools that support our sales and engineering teams, helping them define, solution, and ultimately deliver a statement of work and quote to meet the needs of our customers. The team’s applications are in high demand and are currently being rolled out to our sales and engineering teams across the country and globe. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team consisting of other Developers, Analysts, Architects, and Product Owners supporting and enhancing this set of applications.

This is a remote opportunity with the preferred location of St. Louis, MO.

As a member of the Deal Configuration team you will:

• Gain an in-depth knowledge of current processes and business practices through shadowing, stakeholder meetings, and maintaining an understanding of the business
• Work closely with the development team, product ownership, and other stakeholders to ensure development meets requirements

• Review and learn both functional and technical attributes of the team’s suite of applications to further strengthen our planning and development
• Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Test Cases and facilitate UAT sessions.
• Use independent judgement in identifying root cause of problems and developing solutions to a variety of problems of moderate to large scope and complexity. This includes actively participating in team support rotation for production issues that arise.
• Perform and document end-to-end testing for application features and enhancements
• Document team and business processes and procedures

• Be self-motivated to ask questions and find creative solutions to business problems
• Actively participate in Agile cadence and methodologies including stand ups, planning, grooming, retrospectives, and demos
