BD is seeking a Sr. Analyst in Contract Operations to support pricing and membership for GPO and local accounts in the US. The role focuses on analytics, tool development, and process improvement with cross-functional collaboration across IT and finance.
The candidate will maintain databases, automate workflows, and ensure pricing connections are accurate while minimizing risk. A BA/BS and 1+ year of relevant experience are expected.

Reporting to the Director, NA QTC Contracts Operations and Governance, GBS (Global Business Solutions), this position provides strong analytical and technical support to the Contract Operations team, who manage pricing and membership for GPO (National/Regional) and Local consumable agreements for the US. This position includes the development and implementation of analytical tools used to evaluate and align customer pricing and membership, through automated techniques. Working in partnership and collaboration within the Contract Operations Service Line & IT, this position will provide expertise to drive internal operating efficiencies through system and process enhancements that maximize operating results, revenue and profitability.
The Sr. Analyst is responsible for maintaining tools and processes, promoting standardization and best practices to improve team efficiency. They ensure US Contract Operations pricing and membership strategies are implemented correctly and work with cross-functional teams to deliver tools that enable accurate customer pricing connections triggered from Distributor Chargebacks and new account adds, while optimizing outcomes and minimizing financial risk.
