Job Description

The role involves the accurate and timely implementation and maintenance of critical information on claims databases. Responsibilities include maintaining data, synchronizing information across systems, applying business rules, and validating data to ensure compliance with business and system requirements related to contracting, benefits, prior authorizations, fee schedules, and other business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Load and maintain contract, benefit, or reference table information in the claim payment system and other applicable systems.
• Participate in defect resolution for assigned components.
• Assist in developing configuration standards and best practices; suggest process improvements to enhance system efficiency and quality.
• Help plan and coordinate application upgrades and releases, including developing and executing test plans.
• Participate in the implementation and conversion of new and existing health plans.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Required Experience

5-7 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Education

Graduate Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience

7-9 years of relevant experience.
