Jobgether seeks a Sr. Analyst – BI, Reporting and Data Visualization to transform complex datasets into actionable insights through reporting, data validation, and visualization.

You will leverage SQL, SAS, Excel, and Power BI to improve reporting accuracy and automate processes in a remote, innovation-focused setting. You will engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop executive reports and dashboards, and translate findings into decision-driving insights for business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, CS, or Statistics, or Master’s in Data Science or related.
• Experience in BI, reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in SAS analytics and SAS-based reporting, including data quality checks.
• Strong SQL skills to write and analyze complex queries.
• Experience validating and analyzing reports in Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to automate recurring reports and improve workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) for client communication.
• Certifications in Power BI, data analytics, data management, SAS, Tableau are advantageous.

Accountabilities

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements, clarify reporting needs, and provide timely analytical support.

• Execute data quality control activities using SAS and Microsoft Access to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business data.

• Analyze complex datasets and write advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate relevant information.

• Validate, analyze, and interpret reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business expectations.

• Automate existing reports and recurring analytical processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance reporting consistency.

• Develop and maintain executive reports, interactive dashboards, presentations, and management information to communicate key findings effectively.

• Translate analytical results into clear, actionable insights that support business performance monitoring and informed decision-making.

Requirements

• - A bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics, or a master’s degree in Data Science or a related discipline.

• - Demonstrated experience or strong technical capability in business intelligence, reporting, dashboard development, data analysis, and data visualization.

• - Proficiency in SAS analytics and SAS-based reporting, including data quality checks and analytical validation.

• - Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write and analyze complex queries and work with structured datasets.

• - Experience validating and analyzing reports in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with an understanding of dashboard reporting and data presentation principles.

• - Ability to automate recurring reports and improve existing reporting workflows.

• - Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.

• - Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain data findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

• - Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) to support effective client communication and collaboration.

• - Relevant certifications in Power BI, data analytics, data management, SAS, Tableau, or related technologies are advantageous.
