We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst/Associate to support our growing Build-to-Rent (‘BTR’) team in the acquisition and development of BTR communities. This role will be directly involved in all parts of the investment process, with an emphasis on underwriting and financial analysis, diligence, deal structuring and execution. Reporting to Director, Acquisitions you will work closely with, and learn from, our experienced senior management team, and have the opportunity to work on new business initiatives.
This is an office-based position based in our New York City office with a 4/1 hybrid work schedule available.

Qualifications and Experience
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000. Total compensation also includes a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
