Job Purpose and Summary:

The Asset Protection Partner (APP) implements asset protection objectives and administers asset protection programs. The APP provides assistance and training to the field operations teams to address specific asset protection issues with an assigned set of stores. The APP drives results by forging strong business relationships and working in a team environment to service internal and external customers. The APP reports to the District Asset Protection Manager who reports to the Regional Asset Protection Manager. The APP is aligned to a subset of stores with the District Leader(s) from the field Operations team.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. 50% local Greater Boston travel
  2. Responsible for 5 stores in this area
  3. Executes company asset protection and shrink reduction strategies to protect assets from loss due to internal/external theft and operational compliance issues
  4. Owns partnership and alignment of District Leaders and Store Managers to integrate Asset Protection priorities in span of control
  5. Works with store managers to achieve desired results
  6. Communicates with store managers, district leader, and district asset protection leader to provide feedback on execution of asset protection strategies in span of control
  7. Conducts timely, ethical, and professional investigations of all potential front store internal theft incidents
  8. Leverages field tools to identify shrink risk and operational compliance opportunities in assigned stores
  9. Assists Store managers in the development of effective action plans and ensures timely follow up to validate execution is achieved
  10. Attains budgeted results for shrink and P&L performance in assigned span of control
  11. Maintains professional liaison with all local law enforcement officials to ensure appropriate coordination of investigations and/or prosecutions.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $102,000.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
