Procurement Analyst/Senior Procurement Analyst

This role is a high-visibility position that provides extensive opportunities to foster and grow your consulting career under the direction and guidance of dynamic management and the Executive Leadership team. Our Analysts engage directly with our clients on various Procurement and Supply Chain related initiatives focused on improving efficiency, driving effectiveness, and increasing their ability to influence spend and drive value through their organizations.

We are looking for a self-starter and a fast learner. You must be very organized and love teamwork to fit well into our corporate culture. With a can-do attitude, you will learn about procurement, expect your voice to be heard, and will be expected to participate in many strategic initiatives for the company.

Responsibilities
  • Work with our clients on sourcing, procurement, category management, spend management, and spend analytics projects.
  • Support workstreams within various client projects, performing tasks such as operational, procurement, and spend assessments, stakeholder interviews, modeling and analytics, report writing, strategic sourcing initiatives, conduct market and supplier research, RFx development, management, and evaluation, and negotiations.
  • Support internal firm-building initiatives such as benchmarking, client research, white paper research and development, proposal development, and other internal projects.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of previous supply chain, procurement, or consulting experience with a Fortune 1,000 company. Recent graduates with relevant degrees or internship experience will be considered.
  • Strong analytic skills and experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Ability to work creatively and quantitatively in a fast-paced, problem-solving team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including formal presentation development and delivery skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to engage, cultivate relationships, and communicate with clients and colleagues of varied corporate cultures and organizational structures.
  • Self-starter and critical thinker with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Procure-To-Pay platform experience is highly preferred.
  • Must have the ability to travel to client sites on an as-needed basis.

The pay range for this role is $98,100 - $176,600. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
