Position Summary

• Collaborates with internal departments and vendor partners to identify and understand data and information needs.
• Establishes processes and infrastructure to capture and house data from relevant sources.
• Ensures data consistency across vendors and programs.
• Makes extensive use of tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI and SQL requiring advanced skills.
• Writes code and queries using languages such as R and SQL to capture, clean, consolidate, store, access, audit, visualize, trend and report on vendor performance data.
• Creates new reporting, envisions, codes and implements data and report automation tools and processes to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyzes performance and provides summary reports and trending.
• Identifies and escalates data accuracy concerns for partners to address.
• Facilitates action-focused/data-centered conversations with stakeholders about opportunities and trends in the data.
• Contributes to ad hoc special projects.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance metrics, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting, business analytics, and/or other applicable experience in healthcare
• HEDIS and data savvy
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, experience working with large datasets
• Ability to succinctly summarize and synthesize large amounts of informationDetail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication skills with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$46,988.00 - $91,800.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
