Job Overview

The Sr AI Strategy Manager is responsible for leading the success of T-Mobile's AI-powered products, platforms, and experiences. This involves identifying opportunities based on customer needs, technical feasibility, business goals, funding, and stakeholder leadership.

This role requires strategic problem-solving, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication with leadership. The manager will build strategies for AI platforms that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead strategic vision, analyze data, and develop insights and recommendations for AI-driven products.
  2. Manage projects, foster partnerships, and communicate effectively across teams.
  3. Create executive presentations and influence leadership decisions.
  4. Build financial models and perform scenario analysis to support decision-making.
  5. Mentor junior team members and stay updated on industry trends.
Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields required; Master's preferred.
  • 7-10 years in strategy, problem solving, data analysis, and project management.
  • Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strategic problem framing and business acumen.
  • Financial modeling and analysis skills.
  • Project management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of wireless/telecom industry and SQL knowledge preferred.
Additional Requirements
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
  • Travel required.
Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $98,900 - $178,400. Bonus target: 20%. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), stock plans, paid time off, parental leave, tuition assistance, and more.
