Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking a hands-on Senior Agentic AI Architect to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI assistants and automation solutions. You will own the full lifecycle from solution design to deployment, focusing on agentic systems, context management, and multi-agent orchestration.

Qualifications include deep experience with AWS AgentCore, Bedrock, Python development, and production-grade AI architectures; knowledge of RAG, security ABAC, and EKS is required.

Qualifications

• Essential experience with AWS AgentCore (Runtime, Memory, Gateway, Identity, Policy, Observability) and AWS Bedrock.
• Knowledge of context management strategies (retrieval, summarization, prompt versioning) and execution frameworks (tool-call orchestration, retry handling).
• Experience in multi-agent orchestration and event-driven automation; production-grade agentic systems.
• Familiarity with RAG techniques, data ingestion pipelines, and PostgreSQL-based storage.

Responsibilities

• Agentic AI Development: design and build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool execution, and managing complex workflows.
• AWS & AgentCore (Mandatory): hands-on work with AWS AgentCore and Bedrock to support runtime operations and observability.
• Context & Harness Engineering: implement context management and build execution frameworks with robust validation and tracing.
• Multi-Agent Orchestration & Automation: develop and coordinate specialized agents and event-driven automation.
• Enterprise Knowledge & RAG: develop ingestion and retrieval pipelines using PostgreSQL and pgvector; apply RAG techniques.
• Integrations & Cloud Engineering: implement AWS solutions using IAM, Secrets Manager, ECR, Aurora PostgreSQL, SQS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, and EKS.
• Full-Stack Development: develop backend with Python/FastAPI; frontend with Next.js/TypeScript.
• Security, Memory, & Observability: enforce SSO, ABAC policies, human-in-the-loop approvals, and persistent state management.

Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Agentic AI Architect with deep expertise in AWS AgentCore, Context Engineering, and Harness Engineering to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI assistants and intelligent automation solutions. The candidate will own the complete development lifecycle, from solution design and implementation to deployment and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Agentic AI Development: Design and build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool execution, and managing complex workflows.
- AWS & AgentCore (Mandatory): Hands-on experience with AWS AgentCore (Runtime, Memory, Gateway, Identity, Policy, Observability) and AWS Bedrock.
- Context & Harness Engineering: Implement context management strategies (retrieval, summarization, prompt versioning) and build execution frameworks (tool-call orchestration, retry handling, structured output validation).
- Multi-Agent Orchestration & Automation: Develop and coordinate specialized agents (using frameworks like LangGraph or Strands Agents) and build event-driven automation.
- Enterprise Knowledge & RAG: Develop ingestion and retrieval pipelines using PostgreSQL, pgvector, and RAG techniques.
- Integrations & Cloud Engineering: Build MCP servers/clients and implement AWS solutions using IAM, Secrets Manager, ECR, Aurora PostgreSQL, SQS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, and Amazon EKS.
- Full-Stack Development: Build backend services with Python/FastAPI and frontends with Next.js and TypeScript.
- Security, Memory, & Observability: Enforce SSO, Cedar/ABAC policies, human-in-the-loop approvals, persistent state management, and robust evaluation/tracing.
