JOB SUMMARY:

The Sr AI Research Scientist is responsible for developing and implementing new machine learning and optimization methodologies as needed for specific models, analysis, or products. They will perform at the highest standards in our field and fully support the company's product, sales, leadership, and marketing teams with predictive insights gained through careful analysis of company data. They are also responsible for researching and developing products for the company and providing advice and guidance to other team members.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordinate the research, design, building, and maintaining of predictive models in the production environment.
2. Partner with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities to leverage company data and drive business solutions. Directly communicate with clients for feedback and implementation of products.
3. Research and experiment with new Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and models, discovering opportunities for new AI features to influence current and future product developments.
4. Research, develop, and implement new machine learning and optimization methodologies as needed for specific models or analyses.
5. Develop and build cutting-edge analytic systems, predictive, and prescriptive models to enhance customer experience and track impact over time.
6. Write high-quality, reusable, and production-ready code. Interpret and analyze data problems. Coordinate with Marketing and Sales Departments.
7. Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and DevOps colleagues in the implementation of models.
8. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance, data quality, and accuracy.
9. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments. Onboard new team members.
10. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
11. Demonstrate the company's core competencies and values.
