Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field required.

Work Experience

• 7–10+ years of product management experience, ideally within consulting or enterprise environments.

• Proven experience delivering AI, ML, or data-driven solutions, from strategy through implementation.

• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and working directly with VP/C-suite stakeholders.

• Experience managing product lifecycles across varying stages (discovery, MVP, scaling, optimization).

Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data pipelines, model lifecycle, and associated applications.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies and requirements.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting client needs.

Travel Requirements: Travel as needed to prospective clients and client locations up to 30%.

Job Summary:

Our Digital & AI Platform Solutions team delivers insight-driven products, platforms, and experiences. We operate with agility and scale, creating customer and employee experiences that foster growth and operational efficiency.

AI Product Managers serve as the link between client stakeholders, strategic partners, and WWT teams to deliver high-impact, AI-enabled digital products and solutions. You will work closely with clients from pre-sales discovery through delivery, shaping AI opportunities, crafting strategic narratives, and co-developing proposals and proof points. In active engagements, you will collaborate with strategists, designers, engineers, data scientists, and AI engineers to define the product vision, validate AI use cases, shape responsible AI architecture, and develop scalable roadmaps. Your role involves translating complex business challenges into actionable product strategies that incorporate machine learning models, generative AI, computer vision, NLP, or data-driven automation solutions like Agentic AI.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years of digital/software product management experience, with a focus on AI/ML products or data-centric platforms. Experience managing discovery and development for AI solutions, from experimentation to deployment, is highly valued. The most effective product managers combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing a collaborative, curious, and adaptable mindset to every engagement. Strong storytelling and communication skills are essential, especially when working with executive stakeholders to demystify AI, build trust, and co-create roadmaps that deliver measurable business value. Consulting experience with VP/C-suite clients is key, along with the ability to align with diverse client teams and navigate AI development and adoption challenges across industries.

Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions/Competencies

Presales support:

• Craft thought leadership and AI-driven solution narratives reflecting deep understanding of client needs and industry trends.

• Define how WWT’s AI, data, and digital capabilities can address business challenges and deliver outcomes.

• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop proposals, presentations, and strategic roadmaps.

Engagement responsibilities:

• Partner with client stakeholders and WWT teams to define and deliver AI-enabled solutions and platforms.

• Drive discovery, roadmap development, and execution across the AI lifecycle—from ideation and model selection to deployment and iteration.

• Lead or contribute to key deliverables, including:

• Business Case & Product Vision
