Job summary

The Brixton Group in Tampa, FL is seeking hands-on Senior AI Platform Engineers to help build and modernize an AI-first infrastructure platform for a growing fintech organization.

We're looking for engineers with strong platform fundamentals and deeper expertise in security, networking, databases, or enterprise IT infrastructure who can build reusable, self-service capabilities that enable development teams to operate independently.

Qualifications

• Senior-level hands-on experience in platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, SRE, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in networking, security/IAM, database infrastructure, or enterprise IT/systems engineering.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation, and modern cloud-native environments.
• Practical experience building AI agents or using AI to automate engineering workflows.
• Strong architectural judgment, troubleshooting ability, and a self‑service mindset.
