Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable AI and machine learning solutions across enterprise platforms.
• Translate business requirements, operational workflows, and solution architecture into detailed technical designs and production-ready implementations.

• Implement evaluation frameworks and quality measures for model accuracy, relevance, groundedness, hallucination risk, safety, latency, reliability, scalability, and cost.
• Monitor production AI/ML solutions for application health, model performance, data or model drift, observability, and operational issues.
• Identify and resolve complex technical, data, model, performance, security, and integration issues in collaboration with extended teams.
• Create and maintain technical design, API, data flow, model, evaluation, deployment, and operational support documentation.
• Conduct code reviews, follow secure development standards and design patterns, and provide technical guidance and cross-training to team members.
• Collaborate with AI architects, data scientists, data engineers, security, architecture, platform, operations, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support functional, integration, model validation, performance, security, and user acceptance testing.
• Work with the technical delivery lead and solution architect to ensure assigned work is completed within project schedules and quality expectations.
