Job description

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team and help us develop innovative solutions using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, specifically with LLMs. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying AI-based systems that can automate and optimize business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-based systems and algorithms to solve complex problems and enhance business operations.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize AI/LLM models for task-specific performance.
• Build intelligent web crawling and AI-based scraping solutions to extract structured data from public sources.
• Process and organize scraped data for chatbot consumption and analysis.
• Develop and manage scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows to support AI systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and present viable AI solutions.
• Develop data collection, preprocessing, and analysis pipelines for model training and evaluation.
• Perform experiments and statistical analyses to assess algorithm performance.
• Implement, deploy, and maintain AI models and solutions in production environments.
• Lead AI initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure adherence to MLOps best practices including monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Oversee Dockerization and containerization for deployment.
• Manage multiple projects in a dynamic, research-oriented environment.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, with strong experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
• Solid foundation in Neural Networks, CNNs, Transformers, and traditional ML algorithms.
• Experience in AI-powered scraping frameworks (e.g., Scrapy with NLP filtering, Selenium with AI logic, Diffbot).
• Strong grasp of data pipelines, ETL processes, and tools like Airflow or Spark.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Qdrant, or ChromaDB.
• Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask for building REST APIs.
• Skilled in LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar LLM orchestration tools.
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
• Proficient in containerization (Docker) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead client discussions and technical teams.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented and functional programming principles.
• 2–3 years of experience in AI strategy, solution design, and data modeling.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Spatial Data Science, NLP, or Computer Vision.
• Knowledge of Big Data tools (e.g., PySpark, AWS EMR, GCP BigQuery).
• Familiarity with MLOps platforms like Sagemaker, AzureML, or Vertex AI.
• Exposure to workflow orchestration tools like Kubeflow or Airflow.
• Experience integrating scraped datasets into chatbot or NLP systems.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and document ingestion strategies.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, serverless architectures, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Graph Databases and Knowledge Graphs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend innovative solutions and guide technical direction as needed.
