Responsibilities

• Elicit, define, and document business requirements for modifications to claims systems
• Lead discussions for solution design and ensure clarity of requirements with project teams
• Provide mentorship and leadership to other members of the Claims IT team
• Drive project scope management and prioritize project tasks with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of functional system requirements analysis experience
• Experience in claims systems relevant to the employer
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements such as HIPAA and/or PCI
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
