Job summary

Insight Global is recruiting for a BI/Data Analyst to collaborate with Piedmont Healthcare on dashboards and data solutions. You will help promote BI functions, improve Tableau usage, and ensure confidentiality of patient and staff information while keeping up with new technologies.

Key tasks include developing dashboards with Tableau, integrating SQL data, and leveraging Python to prepare data for LLMs, plus Lua scripting for data workflows.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to discuss requirements with customers
• Strong experience with Tableau and SQL
• Healthcare industry experience preferred, Epic experience or certification
• Experience using Python to package datasets for LLMs/RAG and translate results

Responsible for developing dashboards and data solutions in conjunction with key Piedmont Healthcare initiatives. Assists with the development and promotion of business intelligence functions within Piedmont Healthcare. Maintains strict confidentiality with all patients, employee and company information. Stays informed on new technologies and identifies opportunities to improve Business Intelligence processes. Proactively seeks opportunities to increase usage of Tableau among current end-users. Reports to the Manager of Business Intelligence.

Skills and Requirements

• EXCELLENT communication skills & ability to dig in and have a conversation with the customer regarding what is needed
• Strong experience with Tableau and SQL
• Skill and ability in Microsoft Office applications.
• Healthcare experience
• Epic experience or certified
• Experience using Python to package datasets to pass to LLMs (Retrieval Augmented Generation/RAG) and translate the results from LLMs.
• LUA Script experience
• Computer science background
• Tableau or similar certification
• Ability to show Tableau public page
