A leading company in affordable housing is seeking a Compliance Specialist to manage move-in certifications and annual re-certifications. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in affordable housing compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a Certified Occupancy Specialist designation and have a commitment to regulatory excellence.
Responsible for the day to day compliance needs of the communities within the assigned portfolio such as move-in certifications and annual re-certifications for the affordable housing program. In addition, provides training, understanding of the regulatory agreements, process improvements, and reporting to key stakeholders.
