Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiological (EP) mapping and navigation systems
- Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters related to cardiac mapping and navigation products
- Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify sales opportunities and conduct customer training
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive incremental business
- Serve as a regional champion for mapping technology, influencing proficiency among peers
Qualifications
- High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
- Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
- Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
- Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy
Preferred Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of experience in the cardiac field
- Proven track record with technical training assignments in a medical or clinical setting
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
