What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the mapping and navigation system and all related products
• Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters relating to mapping products and procedures
• Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's products and related procedures
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business
• Collaborate with the sales team to conduct customer training and identify potential sales opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma with a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
• Associate degree with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
• Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
