When you join BW Design Group as a Sr. AEC Recruiter, you will work with industry experts to help leading companies solve complex problems. You will partner with leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality solutions with consistency and accuracy.

This role is onsite at one of our office locations in St. Louis, MO; Fort Worth, TX; Pasadena, CA; Boxborough, MA; King of Prussia, PA; Portland, OR; Concord, NH; or Alpharetta, GA. Candidates must be willing to work in one of these locations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the recruiting process for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) positions, including job description customization, Workday requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and pre-boarding.
• Partner with executive leadership and guide hiring decisions.
• Track and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Lead calls and meetings with AEC leaders to influence and drive recruiting processes.
• Understand and report on recruitment performance metrics.
• Provide proactive, timely communication and updates to leaders, hiring managers, support teams, peers, and candidates.
• Enter requisition and candidate notes promptly in Workday.
• Strive to provide a positive candidate experience regardless of the hiring outcome.
• Manage multiple recruiting responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Make a daily impact with your skills, strengthening stakeholder relationships.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience within an ENR-ranked AEC industry firm.
• Experience as an in-office corporate recruiter.
• Proven success in networking and hiring AEC firm leaders, including Directors, Vice Presidents, and Principals.
• Experience sourcing and hiring registered architects, professional engineers, and construction qualifiers.
• Strong understanding of AEC organizational structures and technical competencies.
• Experience with market analysis, industry trend research, and competitor monitoring.
• Ability to partner with leadership and guide hiring decisions.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies and building talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, and online sourcing resources.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
