Job summary

OP RaaS is seeking a senior security design and operations professional to lead enterprise security initiatives. You will oversee IAM platforms, fortify security infrastructure, review policy changes, and drive implementation of risk-mitigation solutions.

The role requires strong communication across organizational layers, hands-on experience with security tools, and leadership in incident response and documentation management. Remote-friendly position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Seven years of experience in information technology or network security.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and network.

• Knowledge of IDaaS, PAM, IGA, RKI and directory services AD, OUD, and EntralID preferred.
• Knowledge of endpoint detection and response, network intrusion detection/prevention, firewall administration, and IT lifecycle management preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical subject matter to multiple organizational layers.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible for designing solutions to provide consistent enterprise security, collaborating to fortify security infrastructure. Provide technical leadership in the review of security policy changes, development and implementation of solutions to mitigate risks, leading incident response, managing technical documentation, researching security threats, and proactively monitoring security infrastructure.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure consistent state across the enterprise by supporting business and Service Provider activities utilizing Identity and Access Management platforms.

5. Manage and review technical and operational documentation of in-scope security systems to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
6. Research attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security and designs countermeasures.
7. Assess and monitor in-scope security infrastructure and respond to operational alerts from the monitoring system, proactively identifying potential security issues.
8. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Seven (7) years of experience in information technology or Network Security.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and network.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of IDaas, PAM, IGA, RKI and directory services AD, OUD, and EntralID preferred.

• Strong experience designing and implementing solutions in the following areas: Identity and Access

Pay Transparency: The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location(s). Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, such as experience, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment. Pay Range: $103,880.00 - $181,790.00 per year
