This is an outstanding opportunity for a M.S. or Ph.D. level electrical engineer or scientist who will pursue applied research in the area of Micro-Electrical-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) and quartz-based inertial sensors such as accelerometers, gyroscopes and pressure sensors. The potential areas of research, development, and applications include MEMS device design, device physics, mechanical and electrical analysis and simulation, and analysis and interpretation of sensor test results.
The scientist will be expected to develop new concepts, write project proposals, and develop new technologies for future products. This will include understanding customer requirements and translating those into device and product requirements.

The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $126K - $157K Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
