The UT Center for Professional Education & Lifelong Learning seeks to hire a Senior Administrative Services Specialist to assist the director, program coordinators, and support staff with all aspects of non-credit course and certificate program offerings. Duties will include interaction with instructors, scheduling interviews, and preparing course details. Assist program coordinators with all details of the Kids U summer camp program. Handle all company contacts for program coordinators, including interaction with instructors and company contacts. Support staff in maintaining registration processes for the department. Responsible for creating instructor/course packets for non-credit courses. Serve as the “go-to” person for the department for direction and assistance with information on past courses/instructors, course offerings, and enrollment data. This position is the department’s day-to-day operations manager.
