Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies is seeking an Administrative Specialist to support the Vice President of Engineering and the Engineering Leadership Team. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, and maintain KPIs and SharePoint content.

The role requires a minimum AA degree and at least five years of administrative experience. Strong MS Office skills, confidentiality, and multi-tasking are essential.

  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, including video conferencing and material distribution.
  • Creates, transcribes, and distributes meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Maintains the Rolling Action Item List (RAIL) and follows up on items.
  • Back-up for Reception desk as needed.
  • Publishes and maintains KPIs for engineering.
  • Manages SharePoint content for engineering and certification.
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
  • Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Summary Of Education, Experience & CertificationAssociate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Employees working on programs subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations must qualify as a US Person which is defined as a US Citizen, a Permanent Resident who does not work for a foreign company/foreign government/foreign governmental agency or organization, or a political asylee for legal compliance purposes.

The expected WA salary range for this position is between $56,000.00 - $77,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, location, and other factors permitted by law.
