Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Acumatica Implementation Consultant to join our Digital Team in Orlando, FL. You will lead successful Acumatica deployments, configure systems to meet client requirements, train users, and drive data conversions while delivering on-time, high-quality results.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Acumatica experience, familiarity with other ERP packages, strong communication, and a passion for coaching new consultants in a collaborative, client-focused environment with travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience, preferably with Acumatica implementations.
• Experience with other ERP packages (NetSuite, Sage, Dynamics) is a plus.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

About The Role

CLA is currently seeking a Senior Acumatica Implementation Consultant to join our growing CLA Digital Team. As a Senior Consultant, you will provide support to our clients by successfully implementing Acumatica following prescribed implementation methodology.

As a Senior Acumatica Implementation Consultant, You Will

• Setup system and configure according to customer requirements.
• Train end users on the Acumatica system.
• Assist customers with data conversions.
• Develop reports and dashboards utilizing the Acumatica tools.
• Setup and configure third‑party integration tools.
• Participate in multiple engagements simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
• Provide technical support to clients as needed.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
• Some accounting experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience required – preferably with Acumatica accounting software, performing Acumatica implementations or end‑user experience.
• Experience with other ERP packages including NetSuite, Sage and/or Dynamics is a plus, but not required.

In Addition

• 2+ years experience with Acumatica field service – build and training.
• Accounting and construction industry background preferred.
• Strong client service skills, strong communication skills.
• Enjoys consulting and wants to move into coaching new consultants.
• Enjoys working as a team and will align with our approach.
• Travel – up to 20%.
