Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Acumatica Implementation Consultant to join our CLA Digital Team. You will lead Acumatica implementations, configure systems, train end users, and develop dashboards for clients.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years with Acumatica, strong client service and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 20%. A Bachelor's degree is required; ERP experience with NetSuite, Sage, or Dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

About The Role

CLA is currently seeking a Senior Acumatica Implementation Consultant to join our growing CLA Digital Team. As a Senior Consultant, you will provide support to our clients by successfully implementing Acumatica following prescribed implementation methodology.

As a Senior Acumatica Implementation Consultant, You Will

• Setup system and configure according to customer requirements.
• Train end users on the Acumatica system.
• Assist customers with data conversions.
• Develop reports and dashboards utilizing the Acumatica tools.
• Setup and configure third‑party integration tools.
• Participate in multiple engagements simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
• Provide technical support to clients as needed.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
• Some accounting experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience required – preferably with Acumatica accounting software, performing Acumatica implementations or end‑user experience.
• Experience with other ERP packages including NetSuite, Sage and/or Dynamics is a plus, but not required.

In Addition

• 2+ years experience with Acumatica field service – build and training.
• Accounting and construction industry background preferred.
• Strong client service skills, strong communication skills.
• Enjoys consulting and wants to move into coaching new consultants.
• Enjoys working as a team and will align with our approach.
• Travel – up to 20%.
