A fully-remote B2B technology platform catering to both SMBs and Enterprise clients is in search of a Sr. Accounting Manager to join their team. The company has been on a very impressive trajectory doubling in revenue and headcount over the last 2-3 years. This newly created role will report to the VP Finance and will be involved in a variety of accounting and finance topics as they continue to grow and streamline their accounting operations and function. You’ll also have the opportunity to play a key role in an ERP implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation, review, and analysis of consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Assist with the quarterly and yearly financial statements and financial controls audits
• Direct the annual audit process, partnering with external auditors and preparing technical accounting memos and supporting schedules to ensure full compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare balance sheet and income statement variance analysis for management
• Monitor and analyze department work to improve and develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Coordinate/communicate cross-departmentally with business executives regarding operational needs and accounting issues
• Participate in various business processes and technology integration initiatives

Requirements:

• CPA (or international equivalent) preferred
• 6+ years’ experience in a mix of public and private accounting, preferably within a tech/SaaS revenue model
• Proficiency in the application of US GAAP.
• Ability to strategically approach challenges in a creative manner while prioritizing multiple deadlines and responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience working cross-departmentally with multiple areas of a large organization

Salary: $130K-150K + bonus and equity
