Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, accounting, technology, or the oil and gas industry.
• Strong functional understanding of upstream oil and gas business processes.
• Experience supporting ERP systems, enterprise applications, system enhancements, or software implementations.
• Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional solution design.
• Hands-on experience with functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across business and technical teams.

• Partner with Accounting, Operations, and Technology teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and documentation for system enhancements and implementations.
• Apply oil and gas industry knowledge to evaluate business processes, system impacts, and integration requirements.
• Support ERP upgrades, application enhancements, software implementations, and modernization initiatives.
• Develop and execute test plans and scenarios for functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track system defects through resolution.
• Support data conversion, system integration, implementation, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve controls, and increase efficiency through technology and automation.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to business and Technology stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other analysts and contribute to business analysis and testing best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, accounting, technology, or the oil and gas industry.
• Strong functional understanding of upstream oil and gas business processes.
• Experience supporting ERP systems, enterprise applications, system enhancements, or software implementations.
• Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional solution design.
• Hands-on experience with functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with upstream oil and gas accounting or operational applications.
• Knowledge of business areas such as Revenue, Production, JIB, Land, Operations, or Financial Accounting.
• Experience with ERP implementations, system modernization, data conversion, or system integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid software development methodologies.
• Experience with SQL, reporting, or data analysis tools.

Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
