Job Summary

Utilize general accounting principles to create financial reports and analyses. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the accounting function, such as controlling accounts and records, recording transactions, analyzing financial data, preparing budgets and forecasts, financial statements, accounting schedules/reports, and supporting audit processes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Prepare and enter journal entries, including GAAP and statutory reporting entries
• Prepare income statements, balance sheets, consolidated statements, and other financial reports
• Analyze monthly financial reports and records
• Maintain transactions in JDE, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and ensure accuracy
• Reconcile bank account balances with bank statements to ensure cash accuracy
• Complete quarterly and annual statutory financial statements timely and accurately, adhering to Statutory Accounting Principles
• Maintain control processes and procedures by recording accounting transactions accurately
• Support the annual audit process by preparing schedules for auditors

Job Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant experience
