Are you an experienced Accountant with a focus on hospitality or restaurant operations? We’re partnering with a growing and well-established destination in the food & beverage space to find a Senior Accountant / Assistant Controller who can bring financial clarity and operational insight to a dynamic team.

This role involves being the financial partner for hospitality leadership—supporting tasting rooms, restaurant venues, and special events. You will help shape decisions that drive profitability and guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the financial liaison for tasting rooms, restaurants, and event teams
• Partner with department heads to manage labor, COGS, prime cost, and controllable expenses
• Maintain accurate financial records and lead all month-end closing activities
• Prepare detailed income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
• Oversee daily cash management and ensure strong internal controls
• Track KPIs and use data to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost initiatives
• Collaborate on pricing, menu planning, event ROI, and process improvements
• Ensure GAAP compliance and provide audit/tax support when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or food & beverage environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA a plus
• Experience managing general ledger, AP/AR, and month-end processes
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite or QuickBooks
• Proven ability to communicate financials clearly to non-finance leaders
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused operations
