Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with managers and leaders while reporting to the Segment Group Controller.
- Prepare monthly financial packages for subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage monthly financial reporting, including account reconciliations and detailed financial analysis.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic decision‑making.
- Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Assist in maintaining and improving internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX and company policies.
- Understand a cost model that lives within multiple systems.
What We’re Looking For
Professional Experience
- Proven experience in a publicly traded company with a robust internal control environment.
- 2-5 years of general ledger and financial reporting experience, preferably in a multi-entity and multi-location organization.
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP principles and SOX compliance requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Experience working with multiple ERP and accounting systems is highly desirable.
Soft Skills
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to present financial information clearly to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
