  • Assisting with the development and monitoring of the agency's annual operating and capital budgets

  • Reconciling bank accounts and researching financial discrepancies

  • Maintaining fixed asset records and depreciation schedules

  • Preparing financial analyses and reports for leadership and the Board of Trustees

  • Supporting annual financial statement preparation, Management's Discussion & Analysis (MD&A), Hinkle filings, and external audits

  • Assisting with federal, state, and local grant accounting, reporting, and compliance

  • Representing the Finance Department at meetings, training, and special projects as assigned

What We're Looking For

You are naturally curious, detail‑oriented, and take pride in producing accurate work. You thrive in an environment where collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement are valued.

You're comfortable juggling multiple priorities, interpreting complex financial information, and finding solutions that improve both accuracy and efficiency.
