As a Sr. Account Manager, Security Software here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success in the security software market. With your extensive experience in account management and sales, you will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships. Your ability to identify new business opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will contribute to the company's growth, customer satisfaction, and market leadership.

You will report directly to our Sales Director and you’ll work remotely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
  • Travel up to 60%

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $100,000 - $120,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $105,000 - $125,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This role is sales incentive eligible.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
  • 2+ years experience in software sales
