Job Description

Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Provide regular updates and insights on account performance to stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company objectives. Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for growth within the business services industry. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
